We would like to take this opportunity to Thank you for joinig us on the Web. We are dedicted to the welfare of this community and its residents. While part of our misssion is providing entertainment for the community the manority of our interests lie with building a better community and taking care of the community we have currently.
The Dunlap Community Club has been a part of our local area for many years and has its residents to thank for the forming of the club by several of our forefathers and ranchers. The clubhouse was built by and for it's members to be open for use as a gathering spot and base for public functions and events.
It is also a major contributor to residents in need and holds fundraisings and collection of scrap electronic waste to give back to our community.
We are very fortunate and proud as members, to be able to give back.
We collect aluminum cans - can tabs- and other items which are then donated to organizations such as the Leukemia Society as well as offering help to others. This is the true meaning of Community.
In the past we have given scholarships to Dunlap Elementary School, provided backpacks to students in need, held fundraisers for those burned out, provided weed and brush clean-up for those unable to do it for themselves, built handicap ramps for the disabled, donated our facilities for community get-togethers and memorial services, completed road side clean-ups, held electronic recycling events,provided a venue for those doing community service.We feel these services are valuable to our community and would like to perform more. We are sure there are a lot more activities and services we could provide and you may even have some suggestions or ideas that we haven't even considered, please share them with us so that together we can build a better community.
